Walking ᴅᴇᴀᴅ star Maggie Grace quietly divorced husband Brent Bushnell

Maggie Grace has been divorced from her husband Brent Bushnell for nearly a year, it has been revealed. 

The couple never publicly announced their split but The Daily Mail can confirm Grace, 42, filed for divorce from Bushnell in the state of Washington in May 2025. 

In documents obtained by TMZ, Grace said they had been living apart since October 2024 and described their marriage of eight years as ‘irretrievably broken’.

The divorce was finalized on August 13, 2025, according to People.  

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Grace for comment but has not yet heard back. 

In an indication the divorce is likely uncontested, the joint peтιтion was also signed by Bushnell, according to TMZ.

Grace is also seeking to restore her legal name to Margaret Grace Ives.  

A number of issues had already been hashed out before the couple officially pulled the trigger, according to TMZ.

The filing indicating they had already signed a premarital agreement, a property settlement, and separation agreement in March 2025.

Grace and Bushnell are not seeking spousal support from one another. 

The documents also revealed they had expanded their family again last year.  

According to People, the couple revealed they welcomed a daughter named Fiona in 2024. She is now age one. 

They never publicly announced the birth of their daughter.  

They also have a five-year-old son, whose arrival they announced in 2020.  

Grace and Bushnell met in 2016 and became engaged the following year.

They wed in May of 2017 with an intimate ceremony in Ojai, California. 

Bushnell founded the engineering entertainment company Two Bit Circus. 

The Los Angeles-based startup blends science and education with high-tech games and recently raised $15 million in a funding round. 

Grace had previously been engaged to director Matthew Cooke in 2015, though the couple split the following year.
